Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Media Planning & Execution: Develop and oversee multi-channel digital media strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns, including programmatic, paid social, SEM, and emerging digital channels.
- Analytics & Optimisation: Use data-driven insights from platforms like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Meta Business Suite, and third-party measurement tools to refine and optimise campaign performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with creative, content, and strategy teams to ensure integrated and high-performing campaigns.
- Client Engagement: Act as a senior point of contact for key clients, providing media strategy recommendations and performance updates.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and support junior media team members, fostering a high-performance culture and knowledge-sharing environment.
- Budget Management: Oversee media budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and strong return on investment (ROI).
- Industry Trends & Innovation: Stay ahead of digital trends, ad technology advancements, and platform updates to continually enhance media strategies.
Skills & Experience
- 5-8 years of experience in digital media planning and buying, ideally within a media agency or in-house digital team.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic buying, and digital analytics platforms.
- Proven ability to translate data insights into actionable media strategies. Knowledge of the Omnicom suite of media planning tools (Omni) would be helpful.
- Experience working with B2B clients or complex industries is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- Ability to mentor and lead junior team members while maintaining a hands-on approach.
- Budget management experience, with a focus on maximising ROI.
