About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Media Coordinator to support our media buying and digital teams in executing impactful advertising campaigns tailored to our specialized agricultural and B2B sectors. This role is integral to ensuring seamless campaign tracking, asset management, and financial reporting, while liaising with internal and external stakeholders to deliver creative and data-driven media solutions.
Given much of our media buying is in regional markets, and we have a passion for agribusiness, candidates from regional Australia, or with experience in the agricultural sector would be favourably looked upon.
What does the Media Team do?
Simply put, we manage the strategy, planning and buying of media for a range of brands, including national retailers and global brands. We work hand in hand with with some of the best creative minds in the business to deliver insight-led integrated media solutions across offline and online channels (television, radio, cinema, press, OOH, digital).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist media buyers and the digital manager in setting up and tracking advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with campaign goals specific to our clients.
- Coordinate with the in-house creative team to ensure the timely development and delivery of advertising materials that resonate with complex audiences.
- Manage and distribute creative assets to relevant internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
- Maintain detailed ad creative specification sheets to facilitate smooth execution and delivery across various media channels.
- Generate and present monthly digital performance reports using platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Meta Business Suite, providing insights tailored to our specialized sectors.
- Support financial tracking and reporting using Spectra MD and D365, ensuring accuracy in financial documentation and budget management.
Skills & Experience
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A foundational understanding of various media channels, including digital, print, radio, and outdoor advertising, with an emphasis on B2B marketing strategies.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners to deliver client-focused solutions.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Experience using media analytics and reporting tools is advantageous but not essential.
