We are looking for a Digital Manager (Full Time) to join our Sydney office!

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Digital Manager, you will gain exposure to planning and implementation by recommending digital media channel tactics and ensuring overall campaign delivery. You will lead by example, maintain high standards across all campaigns, and collaborate with teams to optimise performance. This role emphasises tactical thinking, being hands on with campaign delivery and accountability for results.

- Strong experience in media finance including use of SMD.

PEOPLE – CLIENT, TEAM & MEDIA REALATIONSHIPS
RESPONSIBILITIES
Connections and Implementation Planning:
- Channel and Tactcial brainstorm: Along with the Strategy, Planning, Investment and Digital team leads contribute to channel and tactical ideation on how best to deliver against the briefed objectives.
- Media Partner Briefing: Support the Investment Director to write and deliver media briefs inclusive of bespoke media partner selection criteria.
- Media Partner Selection: Support Investment Director to analyse and evaluate media partner responses.
- Detailed Media Plan: Support the team's Planning lead to build a detailed media plan, clearly capturing the final channels, tactics, investment and campaign KPIs.
Media Buying:
- Media Partner Schedules: Lead the cross checking of media partern schedules to the brief and media plan.
- Media Partner Feedback: Along with the Investment Director provide detailed feedback to partners that missed out on bookings.
- Partner Booking: Sign media partner contracts for approved final booking.
- Creative Specs and Deadlines: Support Investment Executive to compile and provide creative specs and deadlines to creative team/agency.
- Setup: Setting up and managing self service campaigns in social & programmatic space
Reporting and Optimisation
- Budget Pacing: Monitoring of budget pacing tracker to ensure activity is not spending the budget too slowly or quickly.
- Bid Optimisation: Manage bids for ad placements in real-time to achieve campaign goals.
- Performance Analysis: Analyse the campaign's ability to optimise towards desired results.
- Audience Optimisation: Assess the performance of different audience segments and make recommendations on audiences optimization.
- Creative Optimisation: Assess the performance of different creative assets and make recommendations on creative optimization.
- Weekly Reports: Provide client with weekly report capturing all observation and required optimisations.
Post Campaign Analysis:
- Channel Delivery: Detail the extent each channel has delivered on the target goals.
- Channel Insights: Clearly articulate key learnings and recommendations for future improvement by channel and objective.
- Marketing Studies / Regression: Support Strategy team in summarising of regression, digital attribution, brand tracking…etc results.
Finance
- Support Digital Executive and Digital Co-Ordinator with all elements of the finance process, including:
- Collation of written booking confirmations.
- Finance schedule creation and tracker.
- Finance loadings.
- Proforma checking.
- Resolving any account queries arising from invoicing.
- Updating PO trackers.
Salary Range: $80,000 - 83,000 + Super
