Job Description
Redhanded is on the hunt for an Account Manager to join our team (12 month fixed term contract with a view to permanent).
At Redhanded we make meaningful connections between brands in specialised sectors with real people and real behaviours. Using a powerful combination of data, insight, compelling and authentic storytelling and hyper local targeting, we can make small brands feel bigger than they actually are, and big brands feel personal. Our clients often have complex audiences and complex messaging requirements - the work is challenging but rewarding.
As an Account Manager, you will sit at the heart of a great team, you will own the day-to-day running of your accounts, you will know your client's businesses inside out and be a master of process. In this role you will have to be the consummate all-rounder: project manager, finance master, and ultimate communicator.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Being the day-to-day go-to person on your accounts for clients and internal stakeholders, so maintaining strong relationships will be essential
- Responsibility for managing the work through the agency processes from conception to completion, including the management of projects to timeline, to budget and to brief.
- Play an active role in internal and external client meetings
- Develop strong relationships within the agency and with clients, founded on a culture of honesty, respect, and reliability
Experience/Skills:
- Approx 3 years relevant advertising/creative agency experience
- Evidence of strong written and oral communications skills
- A ‘can do' attitude to all projects
- An ability to forge strong relationships
- An ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Good organisational mind
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- Ability to proactively problem solve
Please note: All applicants must have the right to work in Australia.
