YOUR ROLE
The Account Manager (6 Month Fixed Term Contract) commencing end of January 2026, plays a pivotal role within our Project Management team, managing a key client account and overseeing the successful delivery of multiple projects from brief to deployment.
You'll build and maintain strong relationships, act as the main point of contact, and coordinate timelines, budgets, resources, and quality standards to ensure every project is delivered seamlessly.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage projects for a variety of channels from brief to deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and effective resource planning and allocation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships by understanding clients' needs and ensuring their satisfaction through clear communication and problem solving.
- Proactively identify potential problems and develop solutions to mitigate them.
- Monitoring project progress and outputs to ensure they meet predefined quality standards and client expectations.
- Maintain and update WIP documents, project trackers, and status reports to keep teams and stakeholders always informed.
- Track project expenditures and ensuring projects are delivered within the allocated budget
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 2+ years' experience in a similar client management role within a production or advertising agency
- Personable, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
