Clemenger Group Graduate Programs
Each year the Clemenger Group of companies takes in Graduates in Sydney, Melbourne and New Zealand. The nature of the programs differ but in very general terms, we look to employ a handful of graduates in each location to work with us for up to a year starting in January/February each year.
At the end of that term, if positions are available we like to offer them to the Graduates who have demonstrated that they are going to be an asset to our businesses. And in recent years, we’ve employed just about every graduate.

The program is based on the long-running and highly successful Clemenger Graduate Program, and provides an exceptional professional development opportunity, with a potential pathway to long-term employment and career progression with participating companies.
