To lead, inspire and grow the 99 client service department.
In this role, you will provide leadership, training and strategic direction across all client service teams and will be responsible for total revenue growth from all existing accounts as well as establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with all clients. You will also be expected to service their own group of important agency accounts day-to-day.
You will be responsible for leading the Client Service department in a manner that will assist the agency in delivering to their promise as a creative agency with the customer at the core. This will include the development of appropriate training initiatives, structures, tools and resources as required.
You will be a champion of the work, ensuring that we deliver our clients and their customers intelligent creative that produces outstanding results. You will understand your role in shaping, facilitating and removing barriers to producing this work.
It is essential that you have the skills required of a future agency leader; creatively-minded, data-driven, digitally focused, ability to think beyond communications, an outstanding presenter, collaborative and the ability to create, identify and take advantage of opportunities.
Last, but not least you will hold the ability to create and foster an environment where their teams are empowered to contribute to the success of the agency.
